Great flavor, but super tough to chew
This jerky has really great flavor. The ingredients are simple and clean. But it is not for me. It is VERY tough. It is difficult for me to chew. I know a lot of people really love a tougher, chewier jerky, and this is definitely for them. I won't be buying again but do recommend it for people who love a tough jerky because the flavor is great.

The jerky was good. It was expensive for jerky without all the additives... Never made sense to charge more for doing less.

There’s a lot of reviews complaining about th taste. That’s blown out of proportion or people can’t read the ingredient list.This is basically plain meat from a dehydration machine. Tastes the exact same, just with pepper added. Do some pieces have a little too much as some reviews complain about? Yes. But it’s not bad or to the point you wouldn’t eat it.This product is solid. It’s great for someone with IBS & celiac given the lack of ingredients. The only downside is the cost. It’s way too much for the small amount.
