This is a big bottle so you get your moneys worth. Felt like I was getting good guilty. They are a pretty big pill and if you have issues with that you could cut pills in half.

I have been using these for about a year now and they completely resolved my fever blister flare ups! This has been the most effective product I’ve found and I’ll recommend it to anyone I meet who is battling fever blisters. They have no smell but they are a little on the large side. That doesn’t bother me but I wanted to mention it for anyone who might struggle with taking larger pills. So grateful to my best friend who recommended these to me as I’ll use them for the rest of my life!

I'm an esthetician & deal w/ everyone's skin all day but still had old acne marks myself, i had read a lot in new esthetics mags about l-lysine (my spots are hormonal & i recommend women w/ what they think 2 be hormonal acne get a hormone panel done, it may be jprmonal but it may be something else & there are multiple hormones that can cause acne in women, but u hear only about androgens (testosterone) causing it) anyway i was skeptical about this since so many things that don't work pop up in beauty all the time, topical & internal, Im am glad 2 eat those thoughts. Been using in since June 4th & I already had reduced PIH & my melasma has faded (kids! Lol) If u have active breakouts, post breakout marking & scars or other skin issues u need to give this a try. Since it is an amino acid (protien building block) it jelps form collagen & elastin, this benefits our skin, even aging, we lose the ability to form those 2 things quickly & as well over time so we get wrinkles & lines & sagging. I can't wait 2 see the next few weeks! I would love 2 recommend this 2 my clients but I'm not a dr or dietician, so i can just give them my story & say "ask a Dr" which everyone should do before jumping into supplements. L-lysine also helps the absorption of calcium & iron, provides support for our immune system & tests have seen benefits to hormonal regulation, this could be another great benefit to hormonal acne. I will update if i breakout terribly, it stops working, or I have other side effects (i also use Vitex for progesterone regulation, & spearmint capsules to help eliminate free testosterone that can cause the acne by stimulating oil gland to produce more, it clogs pores & gives p. Acnes the anaerobic environ. it loves to feed& thrive, stop the oil production & acne stops too (hence y acutane is successful) ok, these are my thoughts & experience & hope it helps someone else out there. Acne can be stressful, cause anxiety, depression & loss of self-esteem...however, acne or none...u r beautiful!!

take 2 a day, and this large quality is a great option, they are a big tablet, but not a swallowing issue for me.
