Why doesn't the listing state that this is a grey market watch?

I can only speak for the ones that we sale on Amazon. We are a true Seiko USA dealer we are listed on their web site Seikousa we are in Arkansas. Ours are NOT GRAY MARKET Seiko's and comes with 3 year Seiko USA warranty. We send an invoice from our store so you can send it in to register your watch with Seiko USA. Amazon does not have a separate listing for the Gray market Seiko's, they list by the UPC number. All Seiko models have the same UPC if it is a k1 j1 or for the US market.

The product description say "batteries: 1 lithium metal batteries required" why battery in an automatic watch?

This model is authentic. This may be an error already preset by the Amazon catalog.
