Very easily soluble in water and easy to digest. Does not cause bloating. Absorption into the system can be different for different users. Protein content could be lower than advertised. Muscle gain was lower as compared to MyProtein or Optimum Nutrition. Good homegrown band for those who face bloating due to protein consumption. Tastes good as well.

Taste is good though i thought it would be little sweet too because of monk fruit and dates but it wasnt sweet. It tasted like cold coffee without sugar.

I have used this brand protein powder in 3 flavours, strawberry chocolate and coffee. My personal favourite is coffee. The other two even though have the same effectiveness and results, I found the taste not as per my liking. Coming to the protein powder, the whole truth has this amazing formula which doesn't cause any bloating, heaviness, or any other side effects of any kind. It mixes easily and you don't necessarily need a shaker for that. If you find your comfort flavour, then it is an amazing post workout drink. This brand has the cleanest ingredients and this the mental stress (which I tend to get after reading labels) is completely gone! 💜

Excellent! After trying a lot of whey proteins, which all tasted too sweet or tasteless while causing bloating... actually wasted a lot of protein powders that i couldn't stand! finally I found this. The cold coffee flavor is awesome and mild sweet (good ingredient -dates) and super kind to my tummy. Easily mixes too. have been taking this for over an year and ordered once again. I rarely write any reviews but I really felt the need to appreciate Whole truth for this!

Very smooth, light and tasty. Tastes just like coffee. But we get a bit of grainy texture at the bottom of the container, I guess it's fine.
