Betsy Furniture New Microfiber Fabric Recliner Set Living Room Set in Brown, Sofa Loveseat Chair Pillow Top Backrest and Armrests 8028 (Living Room Set 3+2)

I'm an Amazon groupie, addict. I buy a lot from Amazon and have for the most part always had good luck, but I rarely write reviews. When people go above and beyond they should be recognized and rewarded for great customer service. So rare nowadays. I purchased the Betsy livingroom suite. We live out in the country and our drive is a half mile up a gravel road. They delivered it on a Sunday. The driver let me know he was on his way and came all the way down my driveway to drop it off even though it was "curbside delivery ". I have terminal cancer and my sister went out to greet the driver. She signed for it and off he went. When my son got home he pulled it into the house and discovered the loveseat was missing. He was worried since we signed for it we would never see it. The next morning I called the delivery service on the packing slip. Found out they contracted it out to DSL and gave me the number. Things weren't looking very well at this point. I waited for about 5 minutes on the phone and finally a young man answered the phone. He found me on the computer and said he saw where it showed 3 pieces. He said it would have to be in the warehouse somewhere and he would look for it and get it out to me the next day. True to his word, he found it and had it delivered on Tuesday. Nick with DSL went above and beyond to make sure I got my loveseat in less than 24 hours! Also, on Tuesday I called and spoke to Augusta who reassured me they had it on the day's delivery schedule. Both Nick and Augusta with DSL should be recognized for excellent customer service skills. Employees like that will ensure customers will do business with their company; especially repeat business with DSL because they go above and beyond for the customer. As far as the livingroom suite goes: It is sturdy, easy to assemble and looks exactly like the picture. My family thinks it's very comfortable. It is firm, but I think it will last a long time.

These chairs are so soft and beautiful. I bought two to go with a living room set I bought from another company and I love them so much more than the whole other set. Everyone wants to sit in them :) the fabric cleans super easy and is resilient to my pets and kids.Side note: I accidentally left an unfair rating initially because I thought I was rating the living room set (couch and chair) I initially bought. Someone from this company called me immediately to fix the problem and I realized my mistake. I had no issues with my chairs (I ordered two) but it’s really good to know that if I did the company is there to help!

Set arrived in good condition. Color was as expected. The seats are not as deep as I expect or like, but pretty standard. Cushions are kind of firm, which I like but should be noted. The couch is not nice to lay across, the seats dip so you can’t lay across comfortably. The foot rests are hard to latch back down. Overall good for the price.

We were unable to find anything in stock locally so I decided to order the couch and recliner online. I was sure that would be a catastrophic mistake. The furniture was delivered in good condition. The small amount of assembly was super easy and done in just a few moments. Both pieces look great. The color depicted is a very good representation. Both are very firm and extremely comfortable. The long term plans are to put the furniture in the man cave and I'll be ordering a second recliner from this company.Very happy with this purchase.

The set of loveseat and couch were ordered to replace our old, worn-out set. The comfort and quality are good, not a let-down in either of those areas. The mechanism to release the foot rests on the couch don't work quite right. The lock releases when we pull the handle but the foot rest has to be pulled out manually most of the time. The delivery from Estes was outstanding. They showed up on time, backed up my broken driveway and got the pieces into my garage in no time flat. They were quick, courteous and professional.UPDATE: After 90 days, the springs are collapsing and one of the recliner mechanisms has failed. The quality that seemed ok on day one is deteriorating at a shocking pace. I have reached out to Betsy Furniture and they are communicating so I am hopeful that I'll be able to follow up this update with a good resolution. The microfiber doesn't clean up well, at all.

It looks just like pictures. It is not soft like it looks. Very stiff and hard. Easy to assemble. It is an ok couch. The color size and function is all good.

Honestly, I was very apprehensive about buying living room furniture through the internet. However, I am very impressed with this set. It was quick and easy to put together. The top snaps into the bottom. The furniture is exactly as pictured. It looks nice and appears to be well made. The furniture is also quite comfortable. I will definitely keep this company in mind for future furniture needs. In case you are wondering, I did not receive anything for writing this review. I don't take the time to write reviews often, but I was so satisfied with this purchase, I felt obligated since there weren't any reviews.

I have had this set for less than a year now. While I wasn't expecting it to hold up as well as leather or similar materials, it should not be showing as much wear as it does. The microfiber covering is very thin, easily punctured an scratched, and does not clean easily. Additionally, the rocker/recliner start wobbling within the first year so that it's almost scary sitting in it.
