Are the eggs easy to peel once cooked?

I have never had luck peeling hard boil eggs til this. I put ice cubes and water in a bowl. I let the eggs sit in the steamer for an extra minute or two after timer. Transfer to ice bath. Let ice melt. Tap on end with hole (air pocket forms on that end). Peel under running water. REALLY easy!!

I lost my little egg piercer. Can anyone tell me the measurements of the different levels for water?

Dash Cooker we will still give you a short-detailed water measure for Dash egg Cooker. Dash Egg Cooker How Much Water For Hard Boiled Eggs: 4.4 Tablespoons Or 60g Water For 6 Eggs For Medium Boiled Eggs: 2.5 Tablespoons Or 35g Water For 6 Eggs For Soft Boiled Eggs: 2 Tablespoons Or 25g Water For 6 Eggs For Omelet Eggs: 2.5 Tablespoons Or 35g Water For Poached Eggs: 2.5 Tablespoons Or 35g Water As you already know that with the dash you can make hard, medium, or a soft-boiled egg as well as poached eggs and omelets.

can i do only 2 or 4 eggs and does it have a water amount mark for less eggs?

The amount of water used is not related to the number of eggs being cooked, it is for the type of cooked egg you desire. This cooks the eggs until the water is gone. So the water determines the amount of time they cook. The water cup on mine has three markings. Soft, Medium and Hard. Soft boiled eggs being the smallest amount of water and the shortest cooking time. Hard boiled is the largest amount of water and the longest cooking time. One hard cooked egg takes just as long to cook as 6 eggs. the amount of water determines the cooking time.

are the plastic parts that come into contact with the eggs BPA free?

For those who point out that you don't eat the shell, this cooker also does shell-less eggs (poached, etc) so that's not a valid response. What is valid, though is that BPA-free is misleading--what chemical did they substitute for the BPA? It's commonly BPS, which is a close chemical analog. Search for the Scientific American article "BPA-Free Plastic Containers May Be Just as Hazardous."

You need this...

Someone told me about a egg cooker and I seriously thought, you’re joking! surely you don’t need one to boil an egg... I eat lots of boiled eggs and for the price thought I’d give it a go, so glad i did, I use it daily and it makes perfect medium boiled eggs every time, so pleased I now own one...

Arrived OK!

¡No cumple con el estándar que dice! Es bastante caro para lo que es y tuve que comprar un enchufe americano. ¡No lo volvería a comprar!
