Green Vibrance

The green super food powder that I had been using for the past several years (Garden of Eden), suddenly changed. I would spend the same amount (or more) as I always have on a container of the stuff, but every time I opened a new container lately, it seemed like there was less and less powder inside. I also recently found out that they had changed the formula and were not putting as much of the super good stuff in the mix as they used to. Needless to say, I decided a change was in order. So, I began to do some research. I read comparisons, visited websites, read blogs and reviews...and basically everything I could find on the subject. I'm on a tight budget and the super green stuff is not cheap! Totally worth it...but not cheap. So, I wanted to feel like I was getting the most for my money. I bought the Green Vibrance based on the good reviews and the fact that they believe in transparency. I ordered the 2 month supply for $65 and crossed my fingers that I didn't just waste a whole bunch of money. I didn't. This stuff is really great. Here's a few reasons why...**When I received the package, I noticed that it was very heavy. When I opened the container, it was full to the brim with product. And the powder was packed in there very densely, because I've been using it for a couple weeks now and it still seems fairly full.**The taste is...well, it tastes like healthy green stuff...but, the way I make my smoothies masks the green taste really well...so, to me it tastes delicious.**They are transparent! Full disclosure. It's part of the credo. Check out the website! It is very informative. And from what I have read, this company's formula is one of the most nutrient rich formulas on the market...at a fairly affordable price. Huge plus!**Overall, I feel really good. I've been doing green smoothies regularly for several years. So, I didn't feel a huge difference when I started the Green Vibrance because my body is already used to the extra nutrients. But, I feel great when I take it. And maybe I can't tell you exactly how different I feel between one powder and the next, but I can tell you making the super food part of your regular diet REALLY works. It will improve your energy levels, regulate blood sugar, remove toxins, make your hair and skin healthy and glow-y. I haven't been sick in years. No kidding. Not even a sniffle. And all of that is just the tip of the iceberg.Bottom line: If you are going to spend the extra money to make green smoothies/super foods part of your diet (and you totally should), then Green Vibrance is the way to go. It may be a little more expensive than some of the other choices out there, but for the quality of product you're getting, it is more than worth the money.

I love the amount of stuff that goes into this product. I used to use Garden of Life Perfect Food chocolate flavor. I miss the chocolate flavor, but Green Vibrance is really good. Initially when I tasted this, I thought how am I going to keep doing this everyday. The taste was horrible. Within the week, I no longer tasted the bad taste, I guess I got used to it. Now I cant wait to drink this stuff. I drink it throughout the day. Either 2 or 3 times a day. It gives me a good bit of energy. This is dependent on your diet of course. If I drink this before bed, I find I am awake much longer and cannot go to bed. Amazing stuff. If your diet is good, then you would feel the benefits. Some people complain about the taste. Its ground up veggies and fruits. What else do you expect. Other products have more fruits and that can contribute to the sweetness that those people are accustomed to. If your diet is full of sugar, then it will take sometime to get used to this. Once you get used to it, it is a good addition to your diet. This is by no means a substitute for actual fruits and veggies. Compared to other products this has a lot more ingredients. It is expensive, but other brands have very little ingredients per mg, etc. If you are on a budget, you can get the 15 or 30 day supply and just do a cleanse with it. Drinking it 2 times a day and consuming at least 1 gallon of water a day. People who have experienced bloating and gas with this may not be drinking as much water through out the day. I have not experienced any of those side effects. Amazing product.

So much energy and focus! I stayed awake all day and didn’t break focus 🧘

I started using this product at version 14 (now up to v. 14.1). After about two weeks of starting this my energy levels went up considerable. I have not had a cold or flu sense I started using it. I have also noted a much higher level of alertness and overall sense of well being that has not subsided over time (like a short-lived vitamin rush that lasts a few days). In addition, I am sleeping better at night as well (more consistent rest). I use it once per day but occasionally I take a second dose if I feel like I need a bump. Remember, this is a supplement and not a replacement for a good or at least decent diet. I have also noticed that I have considerably less muscle and joint pain and my recoupment time during exercise is better. I really notice a decrease in overall muscle cramping associated with exercise. This does have magnesium in it (and I also take a magnesium supplement). Another plus are the probiotics. I wish they did disclose the number that survive at expiration.People complain about the taste. I don't have any issues with the taste. It tastes like raw green plants. I mix a heaping scoop with 7-8 oz. of V8 juice and a little water. I use a stick blender with the whisk attachment to make a smooth blend. The greens taste goes great with the V8 juice.Oh, be sure to store in freezer to keep the probiotics alive.I also like that Vibrant Health has a full disclosure label so you know what you are taking and how much (some formulas don't tell you what doses of nutrients you are getting). I also like the fact that their formula is not static but they add new ingredients as new research becomes available. Enjoy! KaosUpdate 06/23/2015After all these months I am feeling better than I have in 15 or so years. All my little muscle aches are gone with the exception of some tennis elbow (probably golf related). I recently had my physical and all my blood work came back BETTER than they have in the last 5 years. My blood pressure is back to total normal (although that could be related in part to supplementing with magnesium). Although my sugar never has tested high my A1C has been slightly elevated the last few years. Guess what, My A1C numbers are back to normal along with normal sugar tests.This is not scientific mind you, but the only change I have made from previous annual blood tests to the latest was the addition of this product. So, proper supplementation can be of great assistance in preventative health. I have also been able to stop using my prostate supplements and my flow is as good, if not better, than it was when on the prostate supplements. My prostate tests cam back EXTREMELY good (which is GREAT news for a 50 year old man). Great product!!!! Use it and stick with it and you will get some good results!I also mix it sometimes with Cranberry-Pom. juice and it is quite good. I also recently tried it mixed with several different flavors of Sparkling Ice Water and it is fantastic. It has a very light carbonated kick.
