Swanson Amino Acid Amealpeptide 3.4 Milligrams 30 Capsules

I have been taking this supplement for several weeks and my BP has improved a bit. It's around 145 over 80 which is an improvement but still needs to come down, so I made more adjustments like no alcohol, more exercise and careful with salt. I have had very severe side effects from prescription BP medicine and want to stay away as long as possible. was wondering if 2 capsules a day would work better?

My blood pressure is pretty stable. I'm taking this along with L-Citrulline(6000 mg) and my cardiovascular performance is better than ever. I'm 50 and I Sprint like a gazelle. Thanks for this awesome product.

I have HypoThyroid and it causes my blood pressure to hit highs that have sent me to the ER. I have noticed that if I take this consistently my BP stays within the normal range.

Takes a few weeks but it lowers BP. Won't work miracles though if you're way out of range. For that you will need prescribed meds. This works great if you're in the high normal range to bring you down to normal range. Not a replacement for healthy eating and exercise. It is a supplement

I am about 3.5 weeks into usage of this product and so far I have seen some results. I just reordered again and will give it a full 60 days before I can give it a 5. I will say I have tried another Ameal product from a different manufacturer and the Swanson product seems to work better and quicker for the same size capsules.

Didn't even know these existed until a friend who has the same problems told me. These are typical high-quality Swanson products (you have to be so careful these days where you get herbs and supplements!). Price is always good, delivery is quick and their return policy is great if it's not what you want.

I'm not sure how much it does. BP supplements effect each person differently so for some it may be amazing. For me, I don't notice much difference if I forget to take it in the morning.

Helps with my husband's high blood pressure instead of all the prescriptions that are questionable nowadays.
