I bought this in a pinch when I was out of town and needed makeup and didnt want to spend a bunch of money. This exceeded my expectations, I have to tell you! It really has everything you need. The foundation and concealer isn't the greatest but the mascara and eye liner was great and the lipstick stayed on all night. Its matte lipstick and the red is such a great classic bright red, it was perfect for exactly what I wanted. There is a good variety of different colors of lipstick and eyeshadow also. The eyeshadow is not very pigmented but, hey, its just cheap eyeshadow. It has all the brushes you need and everything. The liquid eyeliner and the mascara is such a pretty tube, it's sparkly and just adorable. I was actually very impressed with this kit. All in all I would say no, this is not a professional makeup kit or anything like that but for under $20 this kits is well worth it!

Good, but some things missing

This kit covers the basics in one case: the eyeshadow, concealer, foundation, lip gloss, and loose powder make it easy to build a full look without hunting through separate bags. It is a useful starter assortment.
