New Nintendo 2DS LL White × Lavender JANSUAAA

Everyone's already said it but it's a Japanese console. It's in Japanese, it'll only play the Japanese released cartridges, but I got this console fully planning to homebrew it anyways. I've wanted this specific color for years and once I learned how to homebrew my old 3DS, it was time. The hard part was setting up the console using Google translate as a best friend to get around anything that wasn't self-explanatory but would highly recommend homebrewing if you've got NA (or anything not Japanese, I suppose) game cartridges that you want to play. They play perfectly fine once that's all done. I bought this in 'very good' condition and was nervous about how it would come to me, but I'm very happy with it. There is some slight chipping in the lavender border on the top and the top screen has this weird grey glitch thing almost, but neither of those are things that I consider horrible problems to have (lord knows I'm gonna ding this thing around enough on my own, it's gonna end up with some wear and tear).

Great quality, extremely beautiful console, really. The only issue I came upon, and this was my fault I should’ve researched more I suppose, is that the console is region-locked. This wouldn’t be a problem if I was planning on buying NEW games from japan, but I only have my old games, all of which are for the US. Real sad to return it, most of the US consoles are quite unflattering, but i can’t make use of this one so I had to send it back.

the delivery was pretty quick, everything seems to work nicely, and the 2ds itself is beautiful. there are some slight scratches on the shell, but nothing super noticeable unless you tilt it around in the light. the system is in japanese and is also region-locked, but changing that is easy with homebrew. the only downside is that the system didn't come with an sd card, but a trip to any store with electronics could fix that quickly. thank you!!

I bought this nintendo 2ds ll. It is ALL in Japanese. This should be made clear to the buyer.

I'm no 3DS/2DS collector by any means. I needed something cheaper to replace my first and very worn 3DS I failed to get the Ambassador Program on and regretted it. However, this is a complete 180 for me. They have the same battery life, but I can play all the games I wanted and more. Then I plan to make a homebrew game on it or on my flashcard (for my owned DS game's preservation as well). Even the fact of playing Playstation 1 games on it is insanely great. Of course, the perks of getting one new from Japan means the ability to change the region first before updating and using what's left of the eShop. Free online service for games hopefully intact... It's like a homebrew Wii but portable and I love it for that. *Christmas Gift Disclaimer: This review is before I use it for myself but this is what I'll be using it for!

I like it as an european player who hacked the 2ds ll and changed region I'll tell its very well packed and all is super cool, thanks for all the support.

Excellent condition and came with charger as well. I bought this knowing it was a Japanese console so no surprises here with region locking etc… a quick google search will help you turn off parental controls/homebrew. Very happy with purchase even though it was a bit pricey

Great except for having parental control in it Item received no damage

It has parental controles on it which i can not turn off so I can't reset the Console.. Nor do i know how to
