I am 1000% sure your wrong on that amount. 3000iu is equivalent of 900mcg. 1000 mcg equals 1 mg. So that would be 0.9mg. A normal dose of iron is 45-60mg

This is my third time ordering bariatric choice multivitamins. I would say after taking them for some time, it’s MUCH better to take them AFTER you’ve eaten to avoid the intense nausea feeling it can cause when taken on an empty stomach.. at least for me. I’d recommend them with said advice. My bloodwork is always up to par.. Sleeved on April 10, 2025
