Great purchase with one main complaint
I've used the 24 oz Under Armour Dominate stainless steel bottles for a few years, and I decided to try another brand the next time I shopped for an insulated bottle. I don't care for hot beverages, so my usage is focused purely on cold water. This review is mainly comparing this bottle with the 24 oz Under Armour. The Aquatix bottle is 8 ounces larger than the Under Armour, so the comparison isn't quite apples-to-apples. I'm not sure if Under Armour has a larger size. I pretty much carry a water bottle with me almost everywhere I go. As I move around different rooms at home, I'll have a bottle within reach at all times. When I go to the store, I'll keep the bottle in the car and leave it there while I'm shopping.I like the extra 8 ounce I get with the 32 oz bottle. The extra capacity requires fewer refills, which is nice in the southern US summers. I haven't noticed any issues with the extra weight, and the bottle fits into my car's cup holders. It is a tight fit, and the bottle won't reach the bottom of the cup holders. The Under Armour does fit better.Related to the size and weight is the handle. I like the design of the Aquatix handle much better. It's larger and flexible, so it's easy to hold onto and is comfortable for extended carries. The Under Armour handle is much smaller, and I noticed on my last bottle that Under Armour changed the design to have an opening with hooks, so that the handle could slide over a strap of something like a book bag. When the Under Armour bottle is full, the hooks can be uncomfortable and dig into your fingers as you carry the bottle. Both bottles seem to do a great job of keeping water cool. When I leave either bottle in the car while shopping, I have yet to come back to warm water. That's nice after shopping for a while and walking across a hot summer parking lot. I also keep a bottle next to me on a nightstand when I sleep. In the morning I'll notice some loss of coolness, but if the water was ice cold the previous night, it'll still be cold when I wake up. I haven't tried testing them, but I became aware of the Aquatix bottle because of the Youtuber Project Farm. He rated the Aquatix model as more effective at retaining cold temperatures than the Under Armour. That's what got me looking at the Aquatix bottle in the first place. Both bottles seemed decently durable, but I wouldn't drop either one. I know the Under Armour will dent pretty easily if dropped a few feet on solid surfaces. I haven't dropped the Aquatix yet, but I'm pretty sure it'll have the same fate. So aside from impacts, I expect both bottles to hold up pretty well.I think I like the cap (ignoring the handle) on the Under Armour better. Both caps seem durable enough. The biggest differences I've noticed are the locking mechanism and the size of the opening for drinking. The Under Armour opening is narrower, and I've found I can turn the bottle upside down and drink all the water pouring out. I can't quite keep up with the volume of water flowing out of the Aquatix in the same situation. I either have to take breaks between gulps or adjust the angle of the bottle based on how much water remains in order to keep a constant stream flowing. With the Under Armour I could just mindlessly flip the bottle. This isn't a big deal, but it's a minor annoyance that's taken some adjustment in my drinking habits. The locking mechanism seems to be much better on the Under Armour. I trust that the cap will stay closed better on the Under Armour. The Aquatix locking mechanism seems really loose and finicky. It often locks on its own, so I'm now in the habit of pushing up on the latch to unlock it every single time I drink. I wouldn't trust it to keep the cap closed. My biggest gripe with the Aquatix is the threading on the cap. I never had any issues with the Under Armour, which seems to have finer threads at a shallower angle. I'm also wondering if there's more than one thread (maybe two?) on the Under Armour. Since using the Aquatix, I notice I constantly have to watch for cross threading on the cap after refilling the bottle. I've dealt with it enough that now that I have a rough idea of the angle needed between the cap and the bottle in order to screw it on without cross threading.Overall I'm happy with the purchase, and I do prefer the Aquatix to the Under Armour. The capacity, handle, and idea of better cooling are what keep me using the Aquatix. Even though I think the treading could be improved, I like the bottle enough to still give it 5 stars.

Holds 32 oz
Good color and visible in low light. Does not keep drinks cold as long as the same product (same brand) I had in the past. Really like it so I add ice. My husband bought the dark blue one (same brand) and said his drinks stay cold as long as previous product of same brand in past

Super sleek water bottle with smart design including carrying handle, click top, and rubber case
Very, very smart design. I wish I had the means to buy another aquatix just for my flavored drinks!! Love, love it so perfect for nursing school. (: Thank you so much.

Fabulous bottles, iffy tops
I bought an Aquatix years ago. Never had a single problem. It kept things cold just about forever. It kept things hot for a while. I dropped it umpteen times and it only ever got some dents, but it never impacted use.Unfortunately, I've had some issues with these latest ones. So, the bottom piece that just sort of finishes off the bottom of the bottle used to be a bit deeper and held on better. I dropped one of my new bottles, and the edge of the bottom dented and popped off. I was able to hammer it lightly back into shape and put it back on, but now it's just held on by the rubber bottom grip (that I hadn't put on previously).Of the two bottles I got, I sent one back for a larger size. And of those then two bottles, the lid stopped opening on one within a week. (I got a free replacement sent though, so that was awesome!), and that same one I dropped, managed to crack the lid at the joint when it fell (it was closed at the time, not open). The bottle was empty at the time too. So I'm honestly wondering if the quality control on the lids has deteriorated, or if I just got plain unlucky. I guess we'll have to see how the bottle/lid hold up past this point. I'll certainly report if anything else fails. On the positive. The bottle still does what it's supposed to. Cold water, no ice, will stay cold for a solid 24+ hours. I haven't tried hot in these newest ones, but I'd bet they work there too. I really like that they've added strap and clip options, and the rubber bottom piece (offered on some, but also sold separately) is a nice feature too. I do prefer the old style of lid lock, where the lock was at the bottom of where the button is, rather than in the middle, but that's preference and probably just something I'm used to as much as anything else.

Amazing cup!
I love this cup so much! It is honestly the best one I've ever had. My only problem is, the lid is broken around the handle. It doesn't affect the usage of the cup, but it definitely isn't pretty being broken lol. I'm constantly worried the handle is going to come loose and I'm going to drop it. Other than that, this cup really is amazing! Keeps everything cold for a very long time!

This is my 2nd one, and I have loved both
The media could not be loaded. This is my second of these water bottles, and I have been very happy with them. I used my first one for about 2 years, and it withstood several drops. It took its final fall from about 4”, landing on concrete, and it happened to land right on the plastic top, which cracked.I previously used a water bottle with a straw, but I hated having to clean it. This water a great replacement. I only use it for water, so I only wash it once every few days, and it is super easy to do so.

The media could not be loaded. PROS:- insulated- 1L- colour is nice- handle- pop top lid for single handed drinkingCONS:- base too wide for most drink holders- small hard drinking spout- handle in way when popping lid open after carrying- owned it few weeks, it fell out of car onto bitchumen and cracked the lid exposing metal part- lid not heavy duty to last wear and tear
