RIPOFF AND NO WAY TO RETURN
Battery on old system failed. Ordered this one, which looks just like the old battery but requires a different changing stand. Tried to return immediately on finding I could not use this overpriced battery and it is NOT returnable. Rather disappointed that Amazon allows this.Welch Allyn items are generally very overpriced. I will be sure never to purchase their products again

Exactly what we needed
We had the charging base but needed the light. Got it in two days and put it to use in the clinic doing exams

Misleading
This product is listed as “new” and obviously is not being that it and came in a bubble wrap without any type of manufacture box or pamphlets. Now I see that this product is not refundable.

Does not fit my charging station and stays it an 8000 but is not and you can not return it!
