Bought this just for a month as a treat for the dogs, high meat content and marrowbone I knew they would enjoy it.A bit too much! They love it, my older dogs always been brilliant with her food, self controlled I could fill her bowl in the morning and rather than have her wolf it down in one go she's still have some left when I got home from work. Not with this stuff. She demolishes it, then often loves on to the younger dogs.That being said I've not noticed any real weight gain and I'm not on my 3rd month. Cheap too as it's listed for working dogs

I have feed this dog food to my this German Sheppard since he was a pup and he has thrived on it with no problems I keep to the the feeding plan and it has maintained good body weight over the years. It has meat at over 30% which is very high compared to other brands it has one the highest meat content you can get and is amazing value at this price. This is a complete dog food for any dog and has all the nutrients a dog needs.

Good product and dogs eat it without issues apart from at the end of the bag there seems to be a lot of crushed biscuits, more than in other sacks of dog food so looses a star for that. I have had repeat orders on this and will continue to do so.

I used to feed my working Cocker another food which was as dear per kilo as fresh chicken breast, he would eat it but not get too excited, it got to the stage were he would only eat part of it.When he was around 18 months (he's 6yr old now) and after reading many ingredients lists I opted to try Vitalin active due to the high meat content, it has gone down from the first few years but it's still at 30%, he absolutely loves this and still barks and gets excited when I pour it out, I have tried the occasional other one over the years which he's eaten but not got as excited about as this one.People often comment about his glossy shiny coat and the way he still looks like a puppy to this day (photo from March 2016), when they ask what he eats they always seem surprised when I tell them as they expect me to name a dearer brand.

I bought this as had a massive sack before. This time I was disappointed as it's more cooked kibble, as opposed to crushed corn, muesli type of feed. My dog never used to have any issues, he looks fine but is hungrier so having to feed more than before.

My dog enjoyed this and it was good value. The protein content is acceptable for the price point.

This is a wholesome and good value dog food and my three mastiffs do well on it and enjoy it.👍
