About a year and a half ago I bought two different nasal lavage bottles here on Amazon and while the first one was okay, it required me to boil water to use meaning I had to think ahead of time that I wanted to perform a nasal lavage so the water would have time to cool down enough for me to use. The second one is the one I use all the time - it has a filter built in so that I can use warm tap water in the bottle. I have used it so often that the saline pouches that were included with both bottles are dwindling to maybe 4-5 left out of approximately 200! That's the reason for ordering this refill. I am older and absolutely hate taking OTC medications for things unless absolutely necessary. Late last week it felt as if I was coming down with a cold - my nose was stopping up at times, I was coughing and in the morning my right ear hurt. Nasal lavage to the rescue - once in the morning and later in the evening for 4-5 days and the ear ache is gone, I am still having some drainage that seems to be on the right side, but when I do the lavage, it clears for several hours and my coughing (from post nasal drip) is gone. That's when I realized I was so low on the saline pouches - so worth having them just in case!

Glad I bought this. It was a great deal, 80 packets plus 2 small sprayers. The small sprayers are great for travel.

Nasal saline packets can be very expensive, so I was happy to find these at a reasonable price. They can be a bit hard to open though, so I just use scissors to clip a bit further into the little packages in advance and that makes them easier to tear open. Well worth it for the lower price.

Neither the exterior nor the interior packaging contains any information about the manufacturer - suspicious. It seems to be only sodium chloride, without sodium bicarbonate, making the solution salty and less comfortable to use.

I love this product. I use it every morning and it really helps.
