The page that is linked on the question shows that this is the 'EF 24-70mm f/4 L IS', meaning it is not the top-of-the-line 24-70 L 2.8 II. This is still a very good 'L' (Red band) lens which sells for $700 at B&H. Further, it is image stabilized where the 2.8 model is not.
