Gloria Vanderbilt Women's Amanda Classic High Rise Tapered Jean

So I gained a few (?) pounds during COVID and have not yet been able to get rid of them. I needed jeans a size bigger which were stretchy and comfortable. I read a review of these online and decided to give them a try. I initially ordered in black and they fit well and looked great. I wore them to a nice restaurant the other night with a dressy top and felt very comfortable. So I ordered another pair in blue but was pretty sure they would not be as nice or fit as well. My experience with jeans from other brands is that even if I order the same size, the actual size, fabric, and quality can be wildly different. Not so with this brand. The second pair is just as nice and fits identically. Kudos to Gloria Vanderbilt for creating a comfortable, affordable line with predictable fit.

I was pleased to see that these were the same Amanda jeans I know and love because I know the size I need and these were great!

Love these jeans and will be buying another pair. Only complaint is they sent me the wrong size and by the time I wore them it was too late to send back. Only rwason for 4 stars

I have worn these jeans since the 80’s. They were so expensive back then. I like the high waisted boot cut regular. I’m 5’8” and the fit me perfect. Great stretchy jean material. Remain true to size over several years of regular laundering. They are the best go to jeans on the market for comfort; fit and hold their color after multiple washes. I have multiple pairs in various colors but like the dark denim for everyday wear.Shipping delivery was PERFECT!!!

Great fit and value. I got two colors, Portland blue and black, in size 16 and they fit a bit different and made of fabric that has different amount of stretch. Portland is estimate an inch longer than black. Black is tighter in the waist but still comfy. Great buy and quick shipping.

I really like my jeans! I've worn them for over 35 years and still have and wear one of the two pairs. I am 78 and will continue to wear them until I leave this earth.

Mostly these jeans are fine. The size seems fine. The colour and quality as well. Length good.I just find for tapered jeans they're more loose than I was expecting. So personally, not my style. I'll keep them and wear them. Wish I could say maybe I ordered too large, but don't think that's the case. I suppose it's also possible for me to wear a size smaller because it's got decent stretch to it, but I don't think that will make a big difference in how I think they look because of the cut or style of the jeans.So I'd say - yes, they taper, but they're almost* baggy. They're not slim (I wasn't looking for skinny jeans, don't get me wrong), but loose in the central area of the legs - say, from a few inches above the knees, go down.I prefer a slimmer cut around the upper legs and knees, even if I'm wearing, say, bootcut jeans. They didn't look loose in the product page photos at all. Very disappointed in the actual style compared to what is pictured.

This is the third pair of jeans I bought since September and I am as happy with these as I was with the last two pair I bought. They arrived in the stated time and they fit perfectly. I would definitely order them again

Coupe parfaite. J'ai essaye bequcoup de trouver dans les magasins une paire de jeans que j'aime et j'ai pas reussi. J'ai essaye sur Amazon avec ce jeans et c'etait parfait. J'ai jamais commande des vetements online, mais j'ai adore l'experience. C'est certain que j'ai trouve le jeans parfait pour moi.

These jeans are so well made, and with the stretch they are even more wearable. Started buying these years ago, and never switched.

Looks great in the photo and for some probably a great fit but not for me. Waist too big and legs too tight.
