It's the best ive tried so far.

It works exceptionally well. Goes on easier that you'd think and stays in place. It's cold and is still very soft and comfotable...biggest bonus is the fact that it completely encompasses the injured area. It would also work on arms and elbows Highly recommend it. Note(I haven't tried it hot. I bought it to ice down my ankle after surgery.) But im assuming it would work just as well. If one was to need it for both ice and heat, I'd get two of them.

Comfortable and oh so soothing…

The cooling sleeve is amazing. Even when it hasn’t been in the refrigerator the gel pack stays cool. It is soothing and just the right amount of pressure when cold to help with swelling in my foot.
