Best Vitamin C
This is a great Vitamin C, the best I have found! Plus they contain a lot of additional beneficial substances. The tablets are large, but I like the tart taste so I just chew them. They arrived quickly and were very well packaged.

Buy with confidence!
A dependable product I recomend. I've been taking vit C since the mid '70s and the science of vitamins has come a long way; this complex is at the top of its game. You won't be disapointed.

Really good vitamin C booster!
I like this supplement contains more than 1 added vitamin C ingredients. I suffer from a low immune system and this has helped clear out a lot of inner build up that fights against the common cold virus. Helps especially when you work with young children. This is my immunity booster. Too bad they DON'T sell it at Whole foods market or Sprouts? ALREADY checked:(

Maxi-C Complex
This may be a higher dosage than most people need on a daily basis. I have mixed feelings about a 1000 mg dose but I haven't had any problems with it.This product is Vitamin C as ascorbic acid. It also, and this is important, has the citrus bioflavonoids from lemon, orange and grapefruit (more on that later) as well as Rutin and Hesperidin. Now this is just fine for me but because of my husband's medication restrictions, he does not get this one...grapefruit is contraindicated.I'm happy with this product. I take it with Vitamin E complex as they work well together. I prefer capsules to tablets whenever possible to avoid the other excipients. This one has a few anyway.

Still "TIME RELEASE"?
The photo clearly shows "TIME RELEASE" just above "Maxi C-Complex", which is how the bottles always used to be labeled. However, "TIME RELEASE" has now been deleted, so is the product no longer a time-release formulation? The product number, listed ingredients, and appearance of the tablets remain unchanged. One hopes the tablets are still time-release so that they will be slowly and completely absorbed over many hours, rather than quickly saturating the vitamin C uptake system and wasting the temporary surplus.
