Very impressed
This bed is lovely it was delivered before the date that was estimated which was a bonus...the bed itself came immaculate...I would recommend this seller and the bed

Overrated product
Badly organised shipment and packing resulting in incomplete and damaged parts. Customer service (by email) were prompt with their replacement parts and I now eventually have a bed. But hardly made by skilled craftsmen as claimed. You don't need to be particularly skilled to operate a staple gun and insert misalinged screws to a rusty plank holder.

Please when you added bed make sure you supply mattresses with it
Really happy with quality very,strong.... Got one issue with this as a size of Double its 4"6 its not 4 feet our mattress is smaller then bed...😂

Very poor quality and ZERO customer service
DON’T buy this bed. Lowest quality ever, basically designed and created by Homer Simpson. Slats broken within the first week as the wood is flimsy and light. I wouldn’t have written a bad review if they replied to my complaint but I have emailed them 4 times over the last month and got no reply at all. Utterly awful customer service. My advice would be to pay a bit more and get something stronger. I’ll never get my money back and ended up paying for a new bed.

Very low to the floor
Looks nice however very low to the floor so struggle to get up off it and I'm only 5ft tall it's like sleeping on a mattress on the floor
