The ANFERSONLIGHT Modern Black Ceiling Fan is an amazing product that offers high durability and fantastic lighting with its 5 rotatable light set. It provides ample light and can be adjusted to your preference. The fan operates quietly and is easy to control with the remote control, while the 48-inch design suits most rooms. However, it is a bit on the high-price side, but if you’re looking for a stylish and durable ceiling fan with great functionality, it’s still a solid choice!

Purchased 2 due to loving it so much; however, does not have winter feature reverse cycle blades. Therefore, I could not give it a 5 star for the missing feature.

This ceiling fan works really well and looks really good. I am using it in my living room. It moves quite a bit of air but I mostly keep it on the low setting for now. The lighting is really great with this fan. I used standard led bulbs and was quite surprised how bright the room now appears. My previous ceiling fan had 3 small LED lights and it drove me crazy that it just always appeared "low light" in my living room.But not with this ceiling fan; plenty of light and plenty of air movement. The remote control is very responsive and works as to be expected. It has buttons for LOW, MED, and HI (air speed). Also a STOP button to stop the fan and the LIGHT ON/OFF button. Additionally, there are timer buttons for the fan: 1H, 2H, 4H, and 8H.My husband installed the ceiling fan and said it wasn't too difficult (he is kind of handy though lol).The instructions were pretty clear; just have some patience and you'll be enjoying this beauty in no time :-)

After installing the fan, and powering it up was when we realized the remote control comes with a transmitter that has to be installed under the upper housing. The transmitter is not built into the fan itself. There is nothing in the very sketchy instructions about a transmitter. The housing isn't large enough for the transmitter to fit in without jamming it into the ceiling mounting bracket, which makes it pretty much impossible to attach it to the electrical wires in the ceiling. The fan does not have any manual controls.My husband got creative and extended the wires that attach the transmitter to the fan then we assembled the fan from the ceiling down rather than putting it all together then attaching. After a rather long day, and a few trips to the hardware store, we got it installed.I'm not sure how the LEDs will vent heat since the bulbs are completely surrounded by a metal shade. Heat build up will cause very expensive LED's to prematurely fail which is a concern that only time will address.Overall it's a nice fan. I really don't expect to get the years of use I've gotten from my Hunter and Hampton Bay fans; which I would have purchased if I had been able to find one with 5 lights, but the fan serves it's purpose, and will do for now.

I had to hire an electrician to install fan. He wired ceiling light and when he opened box no battery for remote control. It is not regular size so I did not have one. Now I waited 3 days for electrician, paid for installation and have to order battery since I am disabled and cannot drive to get one. So does fan work-I don't know.
