Terrible experience.
If I could give this negative stars I would. Sure the pictures look pretty and if they actually sent us all the parts to put it together I’m sure it would be, but we got about 6 hours into building it before we realized that they were missing. Their support website is down and the support number is no longer in service so we essentially have a 1300 dollar set of shelves if we can’t source the part elsewhere. We had several instances of bolt holes being too small and the tracks for the door panels also being miscut. I pray this is not the norm for anyone else who buys this product because at this point buying 1300 dollars worth of blockbuster stock would have been a better investment.
