FINALLY! I've found the world's most perfect beef jerky! I was tired of jerky that stringy, tough, too hot when I didn't order the peppered type. The Oregon brand had my throat and stomach hurting from being hot and then I kept getting pieces that were either too tough & stringy to chew or literally wet and squishy with fat running through it. 3 of the other supposed 'best' brands were too hot, really tough with bad cuts of meat and almost always too salty. Jack Links brand is best, most perfect brand over all of them! What an absolute joy to eat , I'm afraid I could become addicted. Perfection!
