Saw a few negative reviews when I purchased. It is important to make sure that the SN of your system is in the look-up table provided by the seller. I had no issues - opened package and it worked. Note the sensor comes with an extra battery and also has one preinstalled. No need to open the battery holder.

The product worked properly the first time and synch with my SOLE ellipitical.

I had a Polar heart rate monitor which easily and spontaneously connected to spinning cycle at LA fitness. I read that this monitor would connect to our Sole SB 700 cycle. It’s is not working so far. There are no instructions with the strap regarding connecting to the on board computer. I changed the battery. I wetted the contact. Nope. Maybe I am dead. Frustrated for sure. Probably will seek to return the whole thing. If I get it figured out I promise to bring a happier review.

When I first looked at it I wasn't sure if it would work with my machine, I had no part # off the original so I had nothing to reference it too. but after getting the product I was happy it was an exact match. Sole needs to put the part # on the unit itself so you have something to reference it to.

Mine came with my E25 elliptical but I feel the need to warn others that these are iffy on a good day. Connects for a while then nothing then reconnects and I have used water and the gel that is sold to enhance the contact points. My Polar H10 has zero problems when used with the Sole equipment.

I love having this so I don’t need to have my hands on the bars to see my heart rate. It also opens the door to some features on our treadmill that require the chest strap.
