My Electrician really like this.
Electrician liked the amount of air the fan moved and is relatively quiet. I like it simple, sleek design.

Runs Almost NON STOP - Air Conditioning The Outdoors
Humidity sensor runs this fan for no reason even at the lowest setting at least 90% of the day regardless of AC setting, outdoor temperature, through an entire year of seasonal changes and a couple different professional opinions (though I have not received a refund because it is far beyond 30 days even though the issue was from the beginning). Thew it away altogether after a huge amount of frustration doing everything in the book (extra damper, new insulated 6" run with 6" roof cap installed instead of 4", double check wiring, got replacement fan). All resulted in the same issue.When I got onto the roof after the 6" cap was put in, i just felt cold dollar signs leaving my house at an alarming rate with no humidity source inside and confirmed low humidity. Frustrating. Replaced with an in attic system and wall switch humidity sensor that's running great and is completely quiet.

Pretty big but works great and so quiet you can’t tell it’s on.
I bought two of these and I have to say they work great. Check size though because it’s bigger than I anticipated.
