Great, practical and a must have suplement
I've been using creGAAtine for a couple moths now and I was seein results really quickly. I noticed increased strength and indurance in the gym after just few weeks. I prefer the orange pack(orange taste) because it tastes like an energy drink and gives you gains. Highly recommend this product since creatine monohydrate is the most researched suplement and this is just an upgraded version. Also, the delivery is really quick

Better than typical creatine
I had previously bought the individual packets and when I saw that they also had this package, I happily bought it. The pdf available about the product reveals its value as an improved creatine

Was unimpressed with the single packs carton.
Was unimpressed with the single packs carton which are quite expensive per weight compared to this much larger can. So I quit a couple of months ago thinking this was another dud of a product. Then I recently discovered this larger can existed and was more reasonably priced. So I decided to buy a can and take it at more frequent higher amounts than the small unit dose packets which get powder everywhere whenever you open them. So I'm currently on a trial run of this larger can. If I experience any significant results this time around then I will buy again.

Very good for recovery after workout
This stuff really does help recovery, and this is my second box.Now, so i've had quite a bit of time with it to kind of assess it.I don't do two a day.I use one a day, but I think it's the best recovery stuff i've had
