I have been using this since before I got pregnant. I’ve continued to use it as a postnatal (but added choline and selenium to supplement some of the nutrients as well as Magnesium/Calcium for dairy allergy). I love this prenatal. The taste and smell are not the greatest, however, I have not experienced upset stomach while taking this. My milk supply has stayed consistent and we’re still exclusively breastfeeding 10+ months. It’s just two pills a day, easy and it and absolutely works (I noticed postpartum when I didn’t take it, that I felt off. But had a healthy delivery and very emotionally calm postpartum journey. No issues in terms of any nutritional deficiencies during pregnancy or postpartum. The customer service is also great and they are very responsive (same day response) to remedy any issues with the product or packaging. Arguably the easiest customer service resolution I’ve ever had with a product through Amazon and directly with the manufacturer.

I'm very confused on whether you take both pills at the same time or one capsules twice daily. All of the information I find is conflicting These were gentle on my stomach and I liked the smell... until 6 weeks pregnant. Now the smell is overpowering and makes me gag really badly, especially the 'after smell' if that makes sense. Still like these, but really wish they had a scentless option and better instructions for taking them.
