I bought this to alleviate joint pain. I have used it almost daily and it works! Knee pain gone, I can do yoga again. Strain a back muscle, forget the ice, 30 minutes of red & infrared pulsing and the pain is gone. Not back the next morning, gone period. I am also using it on my 14yo basset hound, 10 or 15 minutes a day has improved her hip mobility.

I bought this for pain relief from foot pain. I am not 100% sure if it's doing anything for the condition I have, though it does work well to bring warmth and increased circulation to my feet or foot, one at a time. It's easy to use, the controls are effective and it has various settings. A treatment is 30 min, though I find comfort and warmth after about 15-20 min. I enjoy using it. So far so good.

I’ve never had one of these before so admittedly I didn’t know what to look for. I knew I wanted adequate coverage for what I would use it for (my back and knees mainly), and I wanted a little heat and maybe a bit of vibration, although that feature wasn’t top of my list. This came in a box already installed so I didn’t need to figure out how to use it, it was easy, I just plugged it into the outlet and it was good to go. It’s lightweight and comfortable, a plus for the velcro strap to keep it in place. I’ve been using this for a couple of months on a regular basis and moved on to every day use. It’s durable and hasn’t cracked, torn, or been weird on me- and I’ve pulled and pulled on the strap to tighten it. It’s little remote has several settings, but I normally keep it on a 3 (which seemed to be the standard setting) and sometimes I use a 4 when I’m in pain. You can also program how long you’d like to use it for. I use it for around 30min because the heat feels so good that the 20min I started with doesn’t seem to be long enough. It works well on everything; I’ve used it on my forearm when my carpal tunnel began to flare up again, I’ve used it on my shoulder, my back, and my knees. It has adequate coverage for me to cover both knees at the same time. I like that I also get some heat while using it- although it’s not supposed to function as a heating pad. When I’m done using it I have more mobility. It feels like it penetrates to my muscles and I get some pain relief. It’s great for my self care routine and I love it

Easy to use, and has gentle warmth. I feel like it has helped promote some healing in my injured ankle.
