Upright Piano Key - Triangle Tip Verticle Piano Lock Key (Original Version)

I’m very happy with this product. My family has an old Gulbransen studio piano that doesn’t have its original key, and with me taking lessons now which lead us to get the piano in shape we needed to make sure my little cousins can’t bang in the keys and break anything. Worked great and I’m relieved to have the ability to lock the fall board.

Smaller than I expected, definitely used, but exactly as advertised. Feels sturdy, can handle a lot of force, and fits the lock perfectly. I am completely satisfied, would order again. An upright piano lock is niche enough where I am just surprised that Amazon had one. It did take a while to get to me, but that is my only complaint.

It fit the lock perfectly! The lock is on an old desk I found at a thrift shop. The lock even had a smaller side that was an exact match for the key (as mentioned in a separate review).

Product is made cheaply, but works. Concerns it may break off & may return for that reason. Being silver color NEVER matches a piano which has brass coverings.

Arrived bent, still worked after I bent it back straight

I purchased this key for a dresser I purchased years ago that had a little drawer on top and a keyhole but no key. After awhile of wondering if it was a working lock I decided to really take a good look at the mechanism and discovered it was simply a piano lock. A HA! Purchased this little key and now my dresser's fancy little top drawer is now lockable! Really pleased with how well the key works and how sturdy it is.
