It’s freshness and colour
I loved the tea the flavour was full without a bitterness to it, I had it every evening before going to bed. I have bought other tea which were definitely not green tea. This is actually green

Great tea, with a really good roasted taste that I have not found with other classical Sencha. Its flavors are accompanied by strong but sweet iodized and fresh grass tastes. I know I am now fond of this sencha tea with higher tastes.
