This is a wonderful patio sealant.
The patio must be cleaned . Then apply to the dry patio .Use a large brush or paint roller.I found that it would need several coats.After carefull application the patio looks great.

Hardly any odour :)
Went on easily, with a brush and spread with a roller. Was thinner than I expected, which was good for spreading. Patio looks nice and there’s loads left for future applications, maybe next summer.

What i did notice was it didn't have a lot of odour. Also it does look like milk but dries up clear.Not bad for the price but not as good as Thompsons which is nearly twice the price. I will be using this again.
