Q: why are most other brands used in hot drinks and this one only directed with cold drinks? it makes huge clumps in a cold drink

I don't know why. But I use it in both hot and cold drinks and my nails still seem to grow and maintain strength. For cold drinks, l mix it into a 100% natural fruit juice; a tropical pineapple, mango and apple by Langers (I think). It's the most palatable juice for the collagen.

Q: Is the bovine source from grass fed beef?

The label does not state “grass fed beef” only “100% bovine collagen”. Would require further research.

Q: Can I add this to my coffee?

Very little flavour. I think the vitamins add a smidge of taste but it us easily covered up in juice, or my favourite, hot cocoa!
