Perfect fit for a replacement lid

Love the Aquatix water bottles and was pleased that when my son broke the button on his I was able to order just the top!

I bought this in 2023 but only tried to use now. It leaks so bad, when I tilt my flask the water dribbles out. I tried it on two other flasks and it does the same thing. I can't return because I had it too long before trying it. I have several others that work great, this Aquatix is going in the trash!

Got this as a replacement when my existing lid cracked in a fall. I like the upgrade from carabiner to the handle, but the locking mechanism is odd on this version, it resets to "locked" after you open the lid, meaning you have to unlock it every time. It might be a good safety measures but is taking me a while to get used to. It also means you need to apply a lot more pressure to close the lid, can still do it one-handed but it does feel awkward.

I really wanted to like it.. The push button style is fun and easy to use but it spills water all the time :( Doesn’t have a tight seal

This product is very fragile. My father has gone through 3 of these already in the last 2 months. It is a great product though, just be careful with how you handle it.

My initial review was 5 ☆ and >> "Fit perfectly, great update to the old lid"But after it fell off the table, it cracked and broke! :( Feel it should be stronger than this.
