Best potato salad with this cheese 4 medium potatoes ( I used russet) 2 green onions, only the green chopped 3 bacon strips cooked and chopped 1 celery stalk chopped 2 tablespoons of chopped mild pickled jalapenos 1 cup of mayo 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles Salt and pepper to taste Combine all together, let it rest for 30 mins and enjoy
