Need a price drop in spice drop
While the flavour of the Spice Drop is mild and not exaggerated, the price is far too exorbitant for a tiny vial of chai essence. Also, it can't dispense with the flavour of natural spices like cardamon and affiliates like lemon grass - dried or fresh. Very strong flavour can't use it every day over powering but good on occasion basis

Good product, not so good packaging
The actual product is really good. we use it a lot to flavor the tea. The package when came a lot of product was already dripped out of the bottle during shipping. So the actual yield was 20 % less. I think if the manufacturer can put a stopper seal under the cap, one that can be broken when you are ready to use the product for the first time, this will become a 5-star product for me.
