good for mental clarity
I’ve always had a problem, lack of attention and focused, but as I’ve been taking these, I do feel that my brain feels a little quieter, and I’m able to focus on certain tasks for a moment of time. There isn’t a bad taste like some supplements have and I think that as I continue to take it, I will feel better and see a change.

Useful During Stressful Work Period
Early days but I already use Alpha-GPC and wanted a blend. I've used it a few days during a seriously stressful work time. I've been able to work through complex issues with more ease than I ordinarily would.
