I'd give it 5 stars, but it takes several weeks for it to begin to show a positive effect.But, the reduction in joint pain are quite noticeable. In that it doesn't contain MSN, this product is not a pain killer. On the other hand, MSN buildup over a couple of months puts me into a constant daze, so I like this product much better. Less pain and still wide awake and alert - good product.

Doctor recommended I take a glucosamine supplement. This was a great value for the money.

I recommend this product, with all 3 elements, for joint pain. It has helped my joints in my knee and my thumb tremendously.

Despite medical research that fails to confirm its effectiveness, I find that glucosamine and chondroitin has helped alleviate tenderness in my knees, which I assume to be age-related arthritis, and have therefore continued to take it for several years. About 2 years ago I changed to the Solaray product which includes some hyaluronic acid, and noticed an additional improvement, to the point that I now rarely notice any soreness at all in my knees, even considering that I exercise and I am still getting older. It is not inexpensive as supplements go, but by ordering through Amazon, I save about $10 a month.

This is an extremely high quality product that is from a good, reputable company. I bought this for my girlfriend who suffers from joint pains. After using this supplement for a couple of weeks, her pain vanishes. If you have joint pain, especially the kind brought on from heavy lifting, give this a try..
