This tea tray is sturdy and the right size that fits a gaiwan and a 125ml teacup. The design is flawless and simple. I recommend getting this for those on a budget. A friendly reminder these tea tray are made out of wood; so after use make sure to dump the water and dry it to prevent any warping as a precaution.

As stated in title, the bottom of the reservoir started bubbling up even when it was only in contact with water initially for less than 15-20 minutes. It's not bamboo, but just a veneer on top of a thin particle board. To it's credit, it doesn't leak, but it's a bit misleading to make a claim that the entire tray is comprised of bamboo, and after about a month's use, the veneer looks extremely uneven and blistered.

So so.

Very nicely built. Looks good. Liquid beads up and does not absorb into the wood. Top tray is reversible if you don't want to see the logo and design. I may buy another.

Nice weight to the wood, yet not too heavy if need to move locations. I have no cons for this beautiful piece of art.

Considerable Craft went into this product, and it shows. I have this one on my desk at work, for my morning tea which I share. Small ornate and well made, with thought and care.

Well made, very useful for loose tea drinkers.

This box is really nice. It’s sturdy and big enough for a 0.9L tetsubin and 2 4oz cups, not to mention it is aesthetically pleasing.
