I started taking this because I was cold often and I was experiencing low energy I recommend this product if you are experiencing things such as this especially if you work a high intensity job that requires a lot of movement and is very fast paced After a week or two you will feel the difference in your energy levels I did not experience negative side effects but talk to a doctor first if your taking other medications or have health issues
