Recipes bake up the same as using sugar. Not quite as sweet as expected.
I like this sugar substitute. It bakes up like regular sugar recipes. Not quite as sweet as sugar. I often use it as a 2/3 substitute when I am baking.

Might seem to cost more upfront BUT a 1 lb bag is nearly $10 locally!! Compared to the cost of a 3 lb bag…? Money saved, money earned!Does a great job in keeping my blood sugar stabilized and in range, has a good taste - MUCH better taste than monk fruit!!I’m pretty particular about artificial sweeteners - pink packets, blue packets, yellow packets - Nasty!!I purchase these 3 lb bags, usually 2-3 to keep stocked up. One day, soon, I will try the other products in this brand for baking and cake decorating too! Just need to find a product I like for baking cakes, cobblers, and other still.
