Great portables
Bought for my RV. Has worked fantastic zero issues. Battery life has been good tho it depends on how you use it. The ability to charge directly from solar for has worked out great. Had issue but not due unit failure. Manufacturer was fantastic with helping rectify the problem. Great customer service communication was very quick. Warranty from my prospective is second to none. With the wave 3 I currently have 5 EcoFlow products. Definitely would recommend.

Wave 3 works great
Love this unit. Turning an outage it kept my 100 sqft space cool and comfortable in commode. Ran for the wholev6 hours and had 40 percent battery left. Tested out the heat mode and did very well. It is a bit heavy and costs a lot of dollars but in a pinch it works great. Worth the cost to me

HORRIBLE BEWARE!!!!!!!
Would choose 0 stars if possible The unit rattles like crazy ive had it for maybe a week and this has been an on and off issue since the beginning. Not only that but it really doesn't help keep the vehicle from getting hot or tent like its been advertised as and its been shutting off by itself for no apparent reason. No fault not the water being full literally no reason. Way to much money for a useless item. Unless this this is defective I would have no other explanation other then its just junk. Id think twice before you buy. Ps. customer service hasn't even gotten back to me at all really think twice on this one

Avoid this if you can.
Long term review. TL:DR. I would avoid this unit if you can. I bought two units and one battery. First unit failed just before the first year, got the RMA done which took about 3 weeks. While that unit was in the RMA process I had ordered a 2nd unit as I needed A/C. Second unit started to fail after 3 months. During this time I got my RMA back from the first unit. I sent the 2nd unit back for RMA and got the 2nd RMA back which took about 3 weeks. First RMA started to fail after 1 month of use, can't return as out of warranty but apparently they have an out of warranty repair which is going to cost money, I don't know how much. On my second RMA which has some time on the warranty, this started to fail after 4 hours of turning it on. Not yet returned it for RMA. The noise comes and goes, but the unit is blowing cold air so it's not a huge problem at this time but it's annoying as the noise is loud enough. I've created a complaint but they just redirected me to technical support for RMA. They didn't seem to care at all about the issues I've faced. They acknowledged it but thats it. I spend 3k on poor quality product and they just hope you go away. I expect they have a very high failure rate. So I'm now sitting here thinking is there repair department the same as the RMA department? I don't want to spend however much to repair them and it comes back not working after a week. Either way their units do not last and for the money spent on these, look at other options if you can. The unit design is good, the app is good, support is decent and I like everything about this except the components and QA seem to be lacking, here are a list of issues I faced on all of these units. Failure can mean the unit is still blowing cold air but something is wrong and hasn't got worse or did get worse over time. Disclaimer, I do use the units a lot so this isn't something I use a couple days a year. I do not move them around and they're level. The battery hasn't failed it's only the A/C units. Pump failure: Makes loud squealing noises but only when it's trying to pump out the water. Pump failure: Water sprays out of the cold air exhaust on the front. Fan: Only having the fan on, it can cause loud vibrating/rubbing sounds, it comes and goes. A/C: Creates loud noises, different from the fan noises, comes and goes. One of the units, the A/C module wanted to come out of the enclosure like the screws came lose and it was banging inside the enclosure. The only thing I'm grateful for is the hoses and how I can attach it to the exhaust and direct the cold air. At this point I rather just buy a $500 well known brand portable A/C unit that have a reputation for running for 2+ years. If this breaks you can probably get it serviced by a local company or buy another for 1/2 the price of one of these that may last a couple of months.

Awesome
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Researched heavily. I have worked in the HVAC industry. I am certified. I actually saw a utube where the guy took a wave 2 apart. It’s a mini Heat pump which means it can do heat or cool. This unit does what it’s supposed to do. I have seen complaints about cooking tents in 100 degree or more. Rule of thumb. No matter the situation an efficient system can only cool 20 degrees lower than ambient. That’s the best scenario is if it’s 90. Then maybe 70. But tents are not insulated. So it’s all about directed air to keep you comfortable. This machine is incredible. It cost a ton with the battery but the battery is LifePo4. Well worth it
