Have been looking for these for years. The smell from the packet is wonderful. Use in place of a vanilla pod in say a creme brulee not only do you get such a great flavour but they are very much more ecconomical in conparison. Love Love Love these beans

Ordering the tonka beans was very easy, they arrived quickly and came just as described. I used them straight away to infuse in creme diplomat and pipe into choux pastry, the flavour was delicious.

Great spice for baking!
I love using in anything I bake. You don’t have to use a lot, grate less than 1/4 tsp to 6cups of flour. My bread and pastries smell and tastes great!
