Got new pair of cheap knockoff work shoes. Worst idea ever. Within three days, started to get bunions and ball of right foot inflammation. Bad enough where big toe feels numb after walking around. These guys offer instant relief, whether I put it on my bunion or ball. They stay well on the bunion, but have a tendency to peel off on my the ball of my foot. I just used some sports bandages and they hold up fine. It is a little expensive to use long term. And I donโt seem to be healing, but I donโt think that has anything to do with these.
