This was a gift and my brother loved it. But I was disappointed to find the cover for the photo is made of cheap plastic. After I took off the sticker protector and cleaned it, the photo still wasn't totally clear. I was goning to go buy a frame at a dollar store so I could swap out the glass piece but I didn't have the time. For the price, they shouldn't be using cheap materials. The wood frame and lettering is very nice.

I bought this for my brother, as a birthday gift. He loved it. Very easy to slide the picture in. I was surprised that the cover for the pictures was plastic, not glass. However find that wise, safer that way don't worries about it breaking. Altogether was a good buy.

I bought this as a gift for a friend whose brother passed away suddenly. I wanted a frame that could be displayed for years to come and that didn't have odd bits on it, like rope or a weird clip or awful fonts, like the other frames available on Amazon. This frame is a good size, and displays a 5x7 photo in portrait orientation.I would have given this 5 stars, but the side slot where the photo goes in and out has no "stopper" to keep the photo and the plastic photo cover in place. Other reviews said similar things, but I didn't think it'd be that egregious. I happened to print out multiple photos of my friend with their brother and I couldn't decide which looked best, so I put all 4 photos into a stack and put the stack into the frame, which, with the photo cover, conveniently keeps the photos in place. So that's sort of a work around of this issue, if you're having similar problems. I'd still recommend this frame, though, since it's a good price and looks nice.
