Looked all over locally and couldn't find. Fit perfectly and easy installation.

Works like it should

I purchased the Mansfield Dual Flush Valve Tower because I couldn't find it in any local stores. I originally purchased a set of universal seals, having read the back indicating one was compatible, for the repair but found out quickly the package information was incorrect. Once I replaced the seal and installed everything back in the tank, less than 2 days later the flush vale failed again. I found the seal and lower end of the flush valve inside the crevice between the water tank and the toilet bowl. I put the old seal on the flush valve while I waited for the new flush valve to arrive. It came quickly and packaged well. Since there was no reason to replace the new flush valve tank mount, I opted to use the existing. The new flush valve fit perfectly into the existing mount and haven't had a problem since. Yes, I will order another for a spare part for future use. Mansfield top flush systems are definitely not my favorite configuration but don't want to spend $400 +/- on a new toilet.

Even though this is a original replacement this product is hit or miss when installing and working as it should. I've had to purchase multiple times due to product malfunction with the same problem bottom rubber flange deteriorating. My suggestions buy a better toilet for piece of mind
