The first unit arrived and I was so excited to use it! I charged it and read all the instructions. It took much longer to come to a full charge than it should have and then it didn't keep that charge for even two days. The company replaced the unit and the replacement would not fully charge after several days. The company refunded my money. I recently found a manufacturing statement that this unit should not be left for long periods of time uncharged or unused. I had ordered this in the summer, and I have also learned that sometimes heat can ruin batteries. Sometimes we get lemons. Sometimes we get two lemons. Exactly what caused the issue, I will likely never know. I would not hesitate purchasing from this company in the future as they worked with me well and tried to resolve the problem. My experience, unfortunately, won't tell you how this unit works for me. Still trying to figure out how to purchase one that will.

This type of device is used regularly overseas on humans, the FDA has yet to clear it. Hooray for American bureaucracy… This took my pain away when nothing else could. As someone with chronic pain I can say this device was legitimately a lifesaver for me. Pretty expensive but 100% worth the money. Super easy to use. Just put the included gel on the pads, pick your setting, and wear it on your leg for a few hours. You shouldn’t feel anything when it’s in use. The only way to tell it’s working correctly is by checking by the indicator lights, green = good, red = pads aren’t making contact correctly. It’s also easily hidden under baggy clothes.

Seriously get it if u have chronic pain and inflammation. It’s worth every penny. It lowered my pain and crp levels. I believe it is helping my old injuries. It says for equine but works the same as the human one.

I have used one for more than a year. Good product.
