Best needles eyes
I've used many needles over the last 3 years doing beadwork with very tiny beads. I noticed that after working with needles that the eye would close from pulling on thread to tighten work. When adding new thread to continuing work, I'd struggle to get thru bent eyes. Generally I'd have to give up and throw needle away. Tulip needles last---. I've used one Tulip needle for over 2-3 projects, using 8 hrs a day over a month!!The only time I throw a Tulip away is when I break the eye off! Yes I bead tightly and abuse the needle many times. Don't waste money on other brands.

I threw it away
These needles are great but come in a very, very small glass vile with cork top. It is so small in fact, that the first time I bought these I did not realize how small it would be, and that the vile would come by itself, loose, not in a package or container of it's own. I chose to have amazon send all of the items I purchased that day in one package, one shipment. I had small things and large(er) things in this box and there was brown 'packing paper' throughout the box. So in my haste upon unpacking my items I inadvertently discarded the needles (forgetting they were coming and not taking the time to carefully look through the packaging). Well, at least I believe I did, I assume they were in the box with everything else, I never saw them, just grabbed my items and discarded the box and packing paper. I reordered the needles because they received such good reviews and this time was more careful. I have been enjoying using them for my bead weaving hobby.

I rarely leave reviews but...
I bought these in a leap of faith after reading reviews. If you are doing any kind of beading or goldwork embroidery, these have been amazing! I have been looking everywhere for a thin enough needle for very small embroidery and these are the only ones I found. They're super thin, semi-flexible and have a large eye but fits through .5 mm bullion. I haven't broken one even after 60 hours of work, they are absolutely worth it. One thing I will note about them is that because the eye is so thin and large, you have to be careful if using wrapped metal threads as it has a tendency to get caught and separate but these are worlds better than collapsable wire beading needles.

Superior
I read these were superior needles and went out on a limb as I could have bought three times as many of the other brands. They do not easily bend - so far - and the eyes are not as narrow. The only downside is when I get to the end of my string it slips out easily. That being said, it was not difficult at all to re-thread as other brands can be a pain. I did not stab myself so many times as with the bent needles. I hope you enjoy these as much as I do.

Fantastic Beading Needles!
Great needles for beading! They easily go through size 15 seed beads, which is a plus. This is the easiest needle that I have ever threaded, and it's super sharp, so watch your fingers. I've poked myself more times than I care to admit. Super strong, but flexible, and that's a huge plus. They haven't bent out of shape at all, and that never happens with any other needles I've used. I finally understand while people rave about these! They are well worth the praise, and I'll never use any other needle for beading again!

Great Needles
Love these beading needles I just have a bad habit of bending them over time, because I like to coat the thread with bees wax , I also love th gold color at the top makes threading easier but does wear off

Easier on the Eye
I've tried other, less expense needles - English needles, needles from French companies famous for making floss, needles that come in packages with other needles for "needlework"; but most of the time the eye is very small to begin with and after one use, collapses to a size almost impenetrable. Tupip needles, on the other hand, however, have a needle that is larger, made easier to see by the use of a contrasting color (gold on aluminum), and is stronger-lasting through several projects. They cost a bit more to begin with, but are well with it.

They dont break and they are easier to thread
Tulip needles made my beading much more fun because I didnt have to experience them snapping off like other needles. They hold up through project after project.
