I love this almond milk! It has three ingredients, all organic. Your order comes with six (6) cartons and they are shelf-stable until opened, then it goes in the fridge. The flavor is great and it has good flavor. I love using thia almond milk in protein drinks, smoothies, cereal and in coffee. You can spend more money on almond milk in the store that are filled with unnatural ingredients, or buy this one. I highly recommend.

Product is good, pure! Would buy again

Anyone who knows how to make almond milk knows perfectly well that "milk separation" is not a problem and that it is 100% NORMAL because it is NATURAL.. It means that the milk does not have any strange EMULSIFIERS or preservatives.-. Your problem about "milk separation" can be solve if you "SHAKE IT" (just like it says on the package) I'm not going to deny that it is expensive... but it is very difficult for me to consume normal "milk", I am trying to be far away of this... So I always try to find coconut milk or almond milk. This is the first ALMOND milk (apart from the one I make at home) that I consume and IT DOESN'T MAKES ME FEEL BLOWED OR uncomfortable.. Other brands are full of preservatives, emulsifiers and other bad things... Those Almonds milks make me feel super bad with myself.. ONE of the reasons (there are several) why I don't drink "regular" milk is because I try to stay away from the fake calcium fortification they put in it. And when you try to find almond milk with another brands you find that they are also adding calcium and the same as regular milk... Hey peeps, this Almond milk has everything that you need and it's taste like homemade. I wuv you Mooala n_n It would be great if they make some yogurt now but without GMO seeds (like corn)

Taste and texture are great. The issue is the sodium is too high. I switched to a different brand with no sodium added.
