What kind of stand do I need for this Mic?

It does require phantom power. Some mixers have that built in. For what it's worth, it's a GREAT sounding Mic. In my opinion it sounds better than the RE-20 for a lot less money.

how sensitive is this microphone 20 mv/pa ? i'm interested mostly in voice over and if i can put the microphone 2 feet away and still be heard.

I use it as my primary mic for making YouTube videos. It is mounted from an overhead boom, angled at my mouth at a distance of about 3 feet. It is cables into a Tascam DR40x portable recorder. The sound is great. This is a very versatile and sturdy compressor mic with nice warm sound.
