I was super excited for this pillow and very disappointed that the pillow was about has firm as a marshmallow. Any support that could be there from the size or shape of the pillow completely lost.

I saw a few reviews that mentioned the Quality Control was iffy. Maybe I just got a defect. Who knows. That aside, this was way too soft for it to be supportive for any grown adult. I'm 5'5" and my head sunk all the way to my bed. My neck craned and there was just no use for this pillow. I was sad :(Unfortunately, even if it was firm enough, the wings on the side were a bit awkward for me to rest my arm under, and those wings certainly would not support a side sleeper. So even if it was firmer, I don't think it would be comfortable for myself. It's tough to try out these pillows and have to send them back after they've inflated and all. I'm sad it didn't work out. I suppose I'll have to pay more for a firmer pillow. If anything, it was at least a good chance to feel how these types of "ergonomic" shaped pillow would feel and I could tell, that if firmer, it definitely would be beneficial.

Update/Edit: I was contacted by the seller and they were ever so kind and provided me with another pillow that fits me better. I sincerely appreciated the effort that they went through to contact me and to also recommend and provide me with something that fits my needs better. I would recommend checking out their other pillows.So I bought this after reading the comment section and I thought wow this is the pillow for me! Its a good pillow but not for someone who sleeps on their side or stomach.

Second time buying this pillow. Bought it first for my husband to replace a different pillow that was suppose to help with neck pain. He loved this pillow and I tried it myself a few times and found it to be very comfortable so I thought I’d buy myself one too. The first one we bought came sealed in a bag with an insert and nicely packaged. This second pillow we bought appears to be used and returned. It came in a big plastic bag that looks like a garbage bag, tied off at the top. The bag was also ripped. I pulled the pillow out to find a few random hairs. Not impressed with getting sent a used pillow not in its proper packaging. So, the pillow itself is great but buyer be aware that the consistency of product being new or used isn’t great.I’m only giving one star because of getting a used pillow. The pillow itself great though. Honestly I probably wouldn’t have thought much about it (other than thinking their packaging is weird) if it hadn’t been for already ordering one and knowing what kind of packaging it was supposed to come in.

I have a ripped disc in my neck and carpal tunnel syndrome, thus making a pillow choice critical. Sleeping on my side exacerbates my symptoms, so I have been struggling to find a way to wake up without the agony of my muscles after the pressure on my nerves all night. This pillow is the answer. It keeps my head at the correct angle so that my chin does not angle downward, causing a slouching type shoulder position all night. Instead, my shoulders, neck, and head all stay in allignment all night. It even has a notch for my arm to rest comfortably. My physical therapist was amazed at the difference after just a few nights of use. I really wish I could get my money back from my other pillow after trying this one. If you have neck problems, get this pillow. It comes with a travel bag, which is wonderful because I am likely to carry my pillow with me every time I travel.

Purchased for my partner who has neck issues and TMJ, he’s slept on it a few weeks and I tried it as well.He said his sleep quality is improved and the pain he sometimes wakes up with is decreased. He’s a avg height man but I’m a petite woman and when I tried it I felt like it wan pushing my head up and my spine wasn’t neutral when laying on my back.On my side though it felt like it could use more support because the sides kind of collapse unless you put your arm in the arm space to sort of prop up your head. My partner hasn’t had that complaint though.It’s a nice pillow but marnur makes a couple of very similar ones at a lower price point which I’m gonna give a try for myself.

Side-sleepers, rejoice. This pillow is a dream. I've had trouble sleeping through the night, and without back pain, for a long, long time (most of my 47 years?). I bought a highly rated "wondersleep" pillow a few months ago, and looking at it now compared to this one, it's a wonder I ever slept (so thick!).I like foam pillows because they don't make noise when moving on them, and they don't make my head feel too hot. This one has a funny shape, but it aligns the spine. I also bought a small wedge pillow to use between my knees to take pressure off my hips, another pain point, and that helped get me to sleep, but by the morning I had kicked it away. I woke up without any pain anywhere....miracle.The pillow is a bit long, so be sure to get a king size pillow case. I recommend satin if you have curly hair. Keeps the curls from getting overly matted.It's such a relief to be able to sleep through the night AND wake up without pain! I suggest a weighted blanket, too, if you're a light sleeper. That's made a big improvement for me as well.

After purchasing a number of neck support pillows to help with neck and shoulder pain and stiffness, I was skeptical. I read several reviews before deciding to make my purchase. After the first night of sleeping on the pillow, I woke up for the first time in months without stiffness. I still had neck pain, but I've had it for years now, and realistically, I didn't expect it to go away overnight. But, after a week of using the pillow, oh and I'm a side sleeper, I now have minor neck and shoulder pain. The only downside, while the pillow is comfortable, it takes some getting used to because of the raised sides for your arms, but considering the benefit, you'll figure out the best place to rest your arms.

I used to get pinched nerves on my back/neck frequently. It felt very uncomfortable. I did some research and decided to change my pillow as the first step. I am so happy that I bought this pillow. It is pretty firm and with just the right amount of support. No mare painful neck😃
